All welcome to join this singing forest experience! Inspired by forest bathing, we will take a slow walk through the forest, stopping periodically to sing nature songs, tree songs, earth songs and river songs from various cultures.

At the end of our meander though the forest, we will form a circle in a clearing by the river, enjoy some tea and sing a bit more!

A great way to combine the health and wellbeing benefits of singing and forest bathing, both of which reduce stress, boost the immune system, energise and basically fill you full of endorphins and good vibes.

Led by Rachel Dempsey, who has been facilitating harmony singing for over 20 years and is a certified Forest Bathing Guide.

All voices, ages, genders, ethnicities etc. are welcome. Numbers limited to enable social distancing.

The location is Mountkennedy Woods, a few mins walk from the centre of Newtownmountkennedy, which is near the N11 and served by bus.
