This is a workshop to promote harmony using the voice. It is suitable for all regardless of age or singing experience. The workshop will involve harmony songs from all over the world, heart songs, simple uplifting chants, meditative chants and songs, improvisation and some voice work exercises and movement.We might even fit in a vocal sound bath, where those who want to get to lie down and the group sings to you! Ultimate relaxation. You will let go of stress, have fun and hopefully experience connection with yourself, your voice and others.
